Rose Fichtel is RIPLO’s office manager and lead patent administrator with over 15 years of experience. Prior to joining RIPLO, Rose was a patent secretary at Nixon Peabody LLP supporting Eric at the senior partner level.  Rose understands all aspects of the patenting process, from initial filing to issuance.  Rose works to achieve RIPLO’s quality and efficiency goals through stringent review of all incoming documentation.  

Rose actively manages all aspects of the work conducted by all of RIPLO’s employees, assists in prioritization, identifies time-sensitive issues and provides RIPLO’s clients with an additional level of quality review.  Rose routinely reviews outgoing work product for quality and accuracy including both electronically and manually filed work product.  Rose provides oversight, guidance and review to her colleagues in all aspects of patent prosecution including docketing, form generation and completion, application preparation and filing, information disclosure statement preparation, and client communications including billing.
